| What are the Base prices for your homes? |

We are a custom homebuilder and so our process is all inclusive therefore, it is difficult to give out base prices that are not adequate to build the home.

| How much time does it take to build a home? |

It typically takes four to five months from the time we break ground until you may move in. However, our contracts leave us six months to build your home.

We offer a full range of service real estate services therefore, we will be able to help you locate the right lot for your family.

| If I have my own lot can you build on it? |

Yes, depending on the location. (where are the locations?)

| Can I use my own floor plan? |

Yes, since we are a custom home builder we welcome you to bring your own plans. If you are working with an architect we can build your plan for the cost of what a similar model would cost. We also can modify our own floor plans for you. You may make small changes or help design a completely new plan with our architect.

| What allowances are included in the price of a model? |

When we price out a home or model, we list the allowances separately, so each client will have enough money to finish the home the way they want it. Usual allowances are permits, excavating, water & sewer laterals, light fixtures, flooring, appliances. Other allowances that you might want to add would be paved driveway, sidewalks, decks, patios, landscaping, or other items not included in the base price such as granite counter tops, sound systems, central vacuum systems etc.

| What type of warranties do you have with your home? |

We give a full warranty for a year. Plus, we offer an indirect long term warranties on the other specific components. |
