Lance Jochims Sr is the owner and founder of Lancelot Builders. He established the company after a long and successful career in real estate, dating back to when he began selling real estate in 1976. From there, he started buying and rehabbing 2-family homes, which naturally led to becoming a landlord managing rental properties. Jochims' years of experience and working within the industry culminated with the establishment of Lancelot Builders in 1993 when he built The Camelot I. "Because of the reasonable price and high quality of my home, " Jochims says, "the other realtors in my office financed our first homes and the rest is history." He is an active member of the arbitration board, the sales and marketing committee, and the Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC) for the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) in Pewaukee , WI .

As the company continued to grow Lance’s wife Debbie Jochims joined the company full time in 2001 after a successful career in information services at Blue Cross and United Health Care. Deb graduated from WCTC with a AA degree in Data Processing and continued her education at Carroll College with a double major in Business Adminstration and Computer Science. She completed her Masters in Project Management in 2001 at Keller Graduate School.
To promote the continued growth of Lancelot Builders, in 2005 Lance Jochims II moved back to Wisconsin. After graduating Fordham University in 2003 with a degree in accounting and financing, Lance was employed in accounting with H&M, a growing clothing store based in Sweden. While Lance II was in college, he sold real estate in New York City , giving a different perspective of lifestyle choices (Urban, Suburban, Rural)
Lancelot Builders is based out of Oconomowoc , WI . and serves all of Waukesha County , along with parts of Jefferson and Milwaukee counties.
